Mustard Seed Evolution (MSE) was founded in 2023 by Terrence Brown with a clear belief: when the right people are supported by the right systems, extraordinary things happen.
The idea for MSE was born at a defining moment in Terrence’s career. After earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license, he stepped into a leadership role overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 27 professionals across planning, engineering, and project management. Together, they built a fully integrated, multi-faceted PMO function—one that combined technical execution with structured delivery systems.
That experience revealed something powerful.
With the right structure, aligned leadership, and disciplined execution, teams can move faster, operate with clarity, and deliver at a level that feels almost limitless.
What started as leading projects quickly evolved into something deeper—designing systems, coaching leaders, and building high-performing teams. The focus shifted from simply managing work to enabling people and organizations to execute at their highest potential.
That’s when the realization hit:
“This is bigger than one team. I could do this full time.”
And MSE was born.
